Sql file -> notepad?

Have MySql set up on server but not on my system, what program do i use to create sql file to upload?

How do i set up MySql so that when i upload files,
information is automaticlly stored in the database ->
any tutorials to help me get going?

Second question: Insufficient data for a meaningful answer. How are you uploading file to where?

FTP client if possible, or are certain upload methods required?

MySQL does not automatically import anything.

What you need to do is write your SQL to the server's filesystem, then issue a LOAD DATA INFILE query.
