I've had the same problem, I finaly gave up, could never get it to work. Good luck tho.
I will keep an eye on this thread to see if anyone comes up with the answer.
The error codes on Norstar Manager 3.5 indicates the following:
-551 Modem timed out.
- Phone number wrong.
- The RAD did not answer.
- Modem init string is wrong or not compatible with modem.
- Modem port problems.
- If running Job Queue, possibly invalid RAD Password.
- Dial mode does not match line (Pulse dial does not work on Tone line).
