SQL Error -551 when accessing DR5 from Remote Manager 3.5 1

We are receiving the following error when attempting to connect to a DR5 using Remote Manager 3.5

"SQL error trying to open database or KSU session, error code = -551"

Anyone have an idea what's causing this?

I've had the same problem, I finaly gave up, could never get it to work. Good luck tho.
I will keep an eye on this thread to see if anyone comes up with the answer.

The error codes on Norstar Manager 3.5 indicates the following:

-551 Modem timed out.
- Phone number wrong.
- The RAD did not answer.
- Modem init string is wrong or not compatible with modem.
- Modem port problems.
- If running Job Queue, possibly invalid RAD Password.
- Dial mode does not match line (Pulse dial does not work on Tone line).

We found the problem, it was the modem init string. Reset it to the default and everything worked. Thanks bcousins.
