Any help with this one would be very much appreciated as I have read every article I can find and still get the following error when attempting to install SQL Server 2000 Enterprise :
Start of log extract
------------------------------
16:04:47 Setup is performing required operations on cluster nodes. This may take a few minutes...
16:04:47 C:\WINNT\TEMP\SqlSetup\Bin\remsetup.exe C:\WINNT\remsetup.ini
16:09:48 Process Exit Code: (2) The system cannot find the file specified.
------------------------------
I do not have any spaces in my cluster resource names as I read that this can cause problems.
It is a straightforward 2 node active/passive SQL2000 Enterprise cluster running on Win2000 Advanced Server with external shared RAID storage. I know it is not a hardware problem as I had a successful installation last month but needed to start from scratch because of an unrelated issue
It's a fresh installation all round with newly created accounts and everything's on Service Pack 2.
I have all of the basics correct including identical drive naming on both nodes, comclust.exe etc.
Please help!
Thanks
