SQL Agent v9

Hi everyone, we've been backing up SQL7 with Brightstor Agent v9 (SQL), job had been running fine. But lately we have been getting the below error. The job starts fine, goes down a few databases, and fails at the end. Anyone have an idea?

I did not read it myself, but it states the error can occur if SMS is running during the backup of SQL database. I do not know if you are running SMS, but it is a place to start.
