Since having installed W2K Server, which has RAID1 implemented, I am finding that the performance of a DOS Database application seems to be running more slowly than before. All clients connect to the Server at 100Meg

Does anyone know of any settings I could tweak to help optimise performance.

Properties of DOS program icon.
Memory....

DOS memory should be protected.
DO USE any extended memory

Using Perfmon and profiler have you been able to find out where your problems are?

Disk Queueing, Memory issues, querys running longer because tables are getting larger.

If you need specific perfmon settings let me know.

Between the ESP=ON and the RUM (Read Users Mind) upgrade, I'm ready to go.

Thanks for the pointers. I'll take a look at these, and hopefully post back with more details if unsuccessful
