SQL 2000 - 2005 Replication

I was wondering if any one could help me.

I am having real issues replicating a 2000 server database on to a 2005 server. the database is 46Gb and one server is in a workgroup the others in the AD.

it publishes and subscribes but doesn't sync or replicate.

Error messages:
The publication's alternate snapshot generation folder cannot be the same as the publisher's default working directory.

You need to change your snapshot folder. Make a new folder somewhere else on the server.
