Spyware?

I've run Spybot and it detected 2 items which it could not fix:
Ndnunistall4_85.exe and
a dll file in my system directory - lsp.dll
Anyone know what they are? I've run other spyware, and it doesn't detect them.
I've deleted (not uninstalled) the first, but am reluctant to delete the dll file. Any thoughts?

As for the first file, not sure, right click on it, go to properties. Look for a Version tab, see if you can find more information there.

As for the second, lsp.dll, read this...

Thanks Matt;
Couldn't find anything about the the first file in properties. Checked out the link, but not sure if I need to do anything. Only Spybot picks up the dll, not AdAware or Spysweeper. I don't have either of the programs the link mentions, so guess I'll leave it if it's not a problem.

You delete the file (leave in recyle bin) and see what happens. If the PC is fine, delete it after a few days.
