Looking for opinions on what you use for spayware that's centrally managed.

We had Pest Patrol but never upgraded it after CA bought it. I wasn't too impressed with how it worked and the CPU power it required from the workstations.

I'm looking to get something new....These are what I've found so for.

Adaware Enterpise
Spysweeper Enterprise
Trend Micro Anti Spyware Enterprise

Note: We do have NAV Ver 10.0 installed wich has Spyware capabilities in it but I'm a little hesitant to relie totally on it yet?

We still use pest patrol here and i haven't had any issues along with NAV 10 which I would never totally rely on yet as well. Other products that I looked at were Webroot Spyware for Enterprise and Lavasoft's Adaware Enterprise. A recent article in Redmond Magazine tetsting 4 Anti-Spyware Corp products list them in this order:
Ad-Aware Enterprise with a overall rating of 9
CounterSpy Enterprise with a overall rating of 8.6
eTrust Pest Patrol Corp Edition with an overall rating of 8.4
Anti-Spyware for SMB with an overall rating of 8.3

I don’t know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Adaware has always gotten good ratings...but then I here a lot of good thing about Counterspy.

Many PC mags/sites have reviewed spyware suites and while it seems none are perfect they usually rate counterspy at the top..

Weird thing is most of the reviews I've read have not considered adaware at all.

Hard decision.

Thx for you post.
