Spreadsheet with no Minimize, maximize or close on top righ corner

Have anyone seen where in excel spreadsheet where there is no minimize, maximize or x button on the upper right corner?

Are you saying that is for Excel as an application (even a blank workbook) or just for a particular spreadsheet?

[LI]If all of Excel, see if you can find the XLSTART folder, and find the default template, "PERSONAL.XLS", and see if that worksheet has any code built into it at startup.[/LI]
[LI]If just one worksheet, check for the same thing for that one specific sheet if possible.[/LI]

It is likely the workbook's window protection on.
