Spreadsheet in Access

I'm a newbie to the spreadsheet in Access and while I am able to copy information into the spreadsheet, when I go into design mod and return into view mod I have lost my information. Pleeeease help me.

I don't understand either, but have you tried saving it first before going into design mode and returning into view mode ?
