Splits Assignment

Does anyone know if there is a table from which I can list all agents with each split there assigned to.

Unfortunately, there is no way that I know of to do that. The way I normally find that information is to type, "list usage extension xxxx" for each agent.

If you have your agents within a certain range of numbers, you can do the following:

list agent <starting agent ID> c <number of agents>

It will bring up the listing of agents including login ID, agent name, COR and skill listing.
