We have a fully switched network using 9 SS3300's connected via various fibre and matrix connections across the site. I want to connect 3 pc's together using the existing infrastructure, but have them completely separate from everything else on the LAN. IE I don’t want any traffic to go from one LAN to the other. Is this possible to do?

You should be able to log into one of the switches, setup a 2nd VLAN, then go three ports and assign then to the new VLAN. Just did this yesterday on a 3300, I moved 6 ports into a separate VLAN and the traffic is completely isolated.
