spines on a 200 ICP 1

Hi looked at a 200 el the other day that is single bay
with four fiber spines on it that are in four out buildings the client wants to upgrade to a icp so they can get all the bells and whistles ....mitel gurus I was told that you can not have fiber spines
on the 200ICP in a peripheral bay but after looking through the e docs I see that there is a type DMP in form 09
which is for spine programming so I guess my question is can there be fiber spines on an icp in the peripheral bays??

You can not have spines on a SX-200ICP but can have fibre bays/nodes if you purchase the fibre modules for the ICP. There is a distinct difference from a spine (48 ports)and a bay/node (96 ports).
Therefore you can upgrade your EL to a ICP if they are nodes/bays.

nope they are spines for sure honestly i am going to steer them away from this upgrade and do the panasonic!!
