Speed Question

I have two options for this site that I'm building.

When I load a page, I have some info loading from a ADO loop.

Now I have images that I place in the images folder, in many subdirectories throughout the site.

Would it be quicker for me to use the File System Object or would it be quicker for me to use ADO?

Which one is faster? This site will get about 1-2 million hits a day.
