Hi to everyone,
I have a customer with a 3300 MXe, that ask me if there is a way to synchronize the speed dials with an external source, for example a CSV file automatically, somethning like a scheduled update from an external source.

Do not believe so. At best you can import a .csv file.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Ok, I know I can manually import a CSV, I was wondering if it were possible to automatize the import process.

Is there any way to do the alpha tagging with an external server through CTI link for example (like ericsson do)?

Alpha tagging is the same as speed calls. Can only be updated from ESM or import of csv file.
