Speed Dialing device

Using an MLX-28D, does anyone know of a device that will function with this phone, which will store telephone numbers and essentially allow you to push a button and dial a number? Like a speed dialer device or a touch tone generator? I keep coming up with telemarketer devices and phones on google.

A Passageway device would work, only problem is, it was developed all the way up to WINDOWS 98, Not XP.

It does not have to be dependent upon a PC. But he is using XP. Does anyone have any other ideas?
