I have a strange issue with a BCM 450 system.
Most phones are showing the Directory when program a button with the F*900 key but I have few IP1230 that display Speed Dial> on that button instead of Enter Last Name.
Does anyone encountred this issue before?
I am using Avaya Business Element Manager to program the phones.
The Feature that i use for all phones is F*900 and on most phones are showing Directory instead of "IPSrvList" on the programmed button. But on few IP1230 i get "IPSrvList" and when select it i get Speed Dial> ... It should be Directory..Any help greatly appreciated...
