Speed calling SX2000

Big Lucy's at it again, I need to forward an extension to a number off site. I've set up speed calling and it works fine the only problem is the person calling does not hear a ring just silence, how do I get the forwarding and have the caller hear a ring?

Look at your trunk circuit descriptor. Sounds like you might have some trunk supervision issue. In particular, check the Audio Inhibit Until Answer Supervision. If set "Yes" then what you're experiencing would be normal.
