Hello I'm trying to put a speed call on a 500 phantom phone can I do it? I've put them on regular phones before but not a phantom can it be done?
This is on a Nortel cs1000 I've created a ssc in ld 18 but when I try and put it on the phantom I get reorder??

For a phantom set, you can only add in the number to be dialled against the FTR DCFW area. You will also need to have CLS = CFXA and possibly CLS = FNA if you also have the SCPW set as you can use the remote call forward (FFC = RCFA) to change the dialled number at a later date.

When adding in the FTR DCFW number, you need to enter in the max number of digits allowed before the number dialled. i.e. FTR DCFW 12 918003334444.
