SPEDown problem

Dear sirs
i have a duplicated Lucent G3siV6 system, as duplicated has 1 processor in each of two carriers.
The problem is that my system has speA down all the time.
When i display alarms it shows me many major alarms EXP-INTF Major alarm.
If i do reset system 1 and busyout and release the carrier then the alarms dissapear for a while but the problem remains. SPEA is still down. I watch the system, every 5 minutes it tries to "get up", but with no luck.
I called the supplier and they told me that it is the processor fault.
any ideas ?

Hi Manolis,
I think you have a problem with your cabinet or the slot,Could you confirm on some of the things to understand the probelm.
Do you have the EXPN-INF card connected in the system? Do you have all the cards in SPE-A in the correct slots? Can you afford a downtime of 15 min. for your system, If yes Try shuffling the control cards from SPE-B to SPE-A & than try it. Also check the mother board Pins at the back of control section, Normally this type of problem apears when some pins are bent & are short with others. One more thing , Is this problem there since begining or it has developed afterwards..
If you can let me know about the aboves, I feel we can do something about the problem.

thank you for answering.
as about having EXPN-INF card connected in the system the answer is yes. The strange is that the system worked fine for a couple of years. All started when i first used DSA to connect to my switch. I used a modem connection. After the first connection the switch modem was always busy . i use a laptop serial conected to the switch and noticed that the speA appeared always down.
I do not know what to do!
This problem has developed after 2-3 years of working fine..
It is very strange
