Spectralink 6020 - CS1000

Does anyone know how to call forward a spectralink 6020 phone? I have tried all variations of Start+Fcn5 but can't get it to work. All cls options in the phone switch are turned on that will affect forwarding.

Assuming this is actually a Nortel/Avaya 6120, did you look at the User Guide (

1. Press the End button.
2. Place the handset in the active (idle) state by pressing the Actv soft key.
3. Press Fwrd.
4. Enter the seven-digit DN where you want to forward your calls.
5. Press Fwrd a second time.
6. Press the End button to turn off the handset.

I'm not sure where you got that it was a Nortel/Avaya 6120. It is not a WLAN phone. It is a Spectralink 6020 connected to a digital station on a CS1000 switch.
