spectra link 8440 phones on a ip office

Hey guys,
I am working on an existing system with the spectralink 8440 phones on them, I have 5 phones, 4 work great the other was not programmed, so I set everything up but one error coming up, I am needing to enter the password from the phone extension (ip office)and dont know where in the phone to enter it at, any help would be great.

I was able to use the 456 to get into the phone, where do you enter the user ipoffice password from the ext?
