Specification doc for Purchase Order in MER

Could somebody share with me specification doc to create PO in MER (BO)? I'm just a beginner in this field, so any help would be appreciated

Are you still looking for the specs? You should already have MSAPOP as it comes supplied with MER. Are you looking for a Russian version?
