I have a client that is going to have two different offices sharing the same IP500. The main reason is they want to share a PRI T1. My question is, is there a way to set 20 extensions/users that when they dial 9 to get out they get one shortcode/ARS and then another set of 20 phones dialing 9 goes to a different ARS?

Thanks much!

yes, you can either set a short code under User Short Codes 9 -ARS1, ARS2, etc. or create a User Rights for each group and set the Short Code in there.

I would also leave the 9 shortcode in the main short codes area as this would apply for any other dial out, e.g. call forward from vmpro.
