Special shorcode dialing out for IPO

Trikke question?

I have a custumer with an ipo 500 VR R9.5 in Belgium and some phones connected tru the network in the UK so far so good.
The customer has a SIP trunk with several numbers on ( UK numbers - german numbers - etc )
the uk phones need to always dial in international numbering ..... the get uotside line
Is it possible to create a shortcode that does insert 0044 and than delete the 0 of the number they are dialing

Example im dialing 0277348963 the shorcode inserts 0044 and delete's the first 0. so it dials 0044277348963 can it be done in onn shortcode

@ this time the shortcode is ? DIAL 0044. but then they dial a 0 to much

For me the problem is the provider delivers only one trunk with al those numbers but i'm not shure
