Special Characters, (such as é) 2

I'd like my users to easily include special characters in a form, (such as é).

I can instruct them to go to;

Start + Programs + Accessories + Character Map

or open Word and get the characters there.

Is there a faster/easier way, any keyboard shortcuts?

You could do something like this on your page or in a pop-up window to make it easier for them to use the characters:
