Speakerphone volume on a CM5

Hi.

The speakerphone volume is incredibly loud on my Callmaster 5, and changing the volume buttons doesn't affect it. Is there a way of altering the volume?

Is it happening on all of your CM5's, or just one? Is it possible the volume buttons just aren't working. Does it adjust the volume properly when used with a handset/headset or the ringer volume?

It's happening on all. It does adjust the volume when I press the buttons, its just the lowest setting is FAR too loud :)
