Speakerbus iD808 iTurret with Avaya IP500v2

Hi All,

Just wondering if any of you have ever managed to get the iD808 i Turret to work on the Avaya IP500v2? Customer swapped out their Avaya CM but never mentioned the Speakerbus?

Im not confident it will work but im sure someone on here will be able to point me in the right direction

It looks like its a SIP endpoint.

Should work. Just need a SIP endpoint licence.

Thanks for the quick response, Thats what we thought as it is just a third party SIP handset so we purchased 3rd party IP endpoints

Hallo,

did you get managed to get it working on your IP Office 500v2? If yes, does it work as expected? I am actually looking into that turret solution for a financial customer who has now need to replace its 9650C by real trader boards to have multiple contact pages and two handsets. It would be great if you could share your knowledge and test results with us?
