Speaker phone button not working 3903 1

Hi guys,

I am sure someone will be able to answer this in a flash,

My speakerphone button does not work, if i press the SCR Key on the phone the phone uses its speaker but if i press the actual speakerphone button nothing happens, i am guessing this is a CLS issue but i am no expert.

Do you have HFA (hands free allowed) in the cls?

Might want to check that before trying another set or showing us the programing for the set to see what else it may be.
