Sparatic Issue

Good day all.

I have a station on a Norstar that when dialed directly does not always route to the station, it will go to another station instead. This behavior is sparatic.

Is their way to see if the station has been call forwarded using the Norstal Remote Tools? Is their way to following an incoming call to see how it is being handeled in the system? Any additional suggestions or ideas are appreciated.

could be a glitch - have u tried a reboot

I had a similar problem in a squirrely 4.1 box. I upgraded and that took care of the trouble, Could be a glitch as senk1s suggested
