Spanish language lost in the Call Pilot!

Hi everybody, I am installing a BCM 400 (3.7, 2.4f Build) and I have a problem: the Call Pilot doesn't have the spanish language available.

I am using a Global profile and I know that this one lets me to put the Call Pilot in a bilingual mode, having English and Spanish languages available. But even when I did a REINSTALL it remains the same.

I think that maybe the BCM 400 needs some kind of restoring disk or file so it can retrieve the original configuration including the available options for languages in the Call Pilot.

Any ideas?
