Spam Relay

hi,

got a call from my isp saying that my public ip address which is linked to an exchange 2k server behind the firewall is acting as a spam relay. any suggestions as to how i go about addressing this problem. could a virus be causing this? thanks in advance.

One immediate solution would be to put the IP address of the 2nd MX server in your default SMTP Vitual server (Properties, access tab, connection, selct only the list below and add the IP address)
