Space in position 1. 1

Trying to export a flat file (TXT) but keep getting a space at position 1.
Tried everything, but no luck. Any ideas?

Try using the Character separated values and select nothing for the delimiter and separator.

That's how I cheat it...

But If I do that then I get the header and the detail in the same line and no spaces. Like this:

H01/15/1999P277-55-4199JOHNSMITH
