spa508g remote worker MWI not working

So basically I'm wondering if anyone has set this up before and what Outcome they had, i've messed with it for a couple over hours but can get the lamp to light

This is on embedded mail, running 7.0 virtualized

try setting this on its sip device capabilities

we have found changing this to assist with MW on some sip devices

Allow MWI Notifications without Subscription
Some SIP phones do not support the SUBSCRIBE method for message waiting indication (MWI).

Select Yes to allow NOTIFY messages carrying MWI status to be generated without subscription. Select No to require subscription.


If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

and due to an endless stream of MiCollab , MiCC issues
Life would be simpler If only they tested products properly before releasing them .....

Blitz, thanks for the reply, so I found that setting and it worked on my lab system, but the production system still doesn't work...now I'm really stumped, what else could I be missing???

Keep in mind this is a remote set...I'm officially stumped

Mitel software versions , cos , SDC ,mailbox setup
