I have some notes on the SPA 112 set up for a fax. On the 9100 it should just be like a 3rd party SIP device. Make sure you have the license.

Ok so it is surprisingly easy after all unless you choose the one extension in your system that is totally screwed up, 6 hours later, 2 spent with TAC and we tried a different extension/port and it registered immediately! :-(

I ran into that once with a ST-500. Changed the extension number and it worked right away.
