I'm trying to load the latest SP4 on my 9.1 system. It keeps asking me for SP2 even though it is installed. Any idea's why?

Thanks

We just ran into this problem today. The fix is real simple even though it doesn't make any sense. Simply re-install SP2 before installing SP4

Tried that, still does not work. Symantec says it's a known bug that they do not plan to fix anytime soon. I'm sooooo glad they own Veritas now.

Actually after I posted this I then had a problem on one of our other backup servers installing Backup Exec SP4. I contacted Symantec and they were able to provide me with a "beta" release that did install without any issues. My suggestion is that you contact them and ask them about providing this beta release for you.
