SP4 installation

Maybe you can help me with a problem I am having. One of our servers will not install SP4 It says C:\winnt\system32\dllcache\shtml.exe is in use. I for the life of me cannot find a service to stop or anything related to allow me to install SP4. Can you shed any light on this?

stop and restart your explorer.exe process. Also, stop ANY html processes, etc, anything to do with http or https.

This worked for me.

I have stopped all possible services including the IIS and web services and I still get the error. I have noticed that the IIS service has started backup after I get the error.

I've done the above and still haven't been able to install sp4 without problems on 2 seperate machines. Think M$ needs to work out some bugs first.
