We have upgraded our PBX to support IP phones. We've provided a couple of remote users with an SP30 softphone program on their laptops. After creating all the button assignments with thte vendor everything worked great. I went to Matworx to change the name and the first time you look at an extension in Matworx, it forces you to tell what the terminal type is. I left the default and screwed up all the buttons. I have been changing terminal typed trying to find the right one and the closest I have found is SP21/30{24} which works for most of the programmed buttons expect for the last few which were supposed to be speed dials and now they are not operable. I understand this should be a 32 button phone but I can't find which terminal type will work with this...
