SP2 Stuck at Finishing Installation

This is the second time I attempted to install SP2 on this server and it gets stuck at finishing installation every time.

It does not say its not responding, its running but nothing is going on. Anyone have any suggestions for this.

Im running Windows Server 2003 SP1 Enterprise Edition.
