SP2 install problem

I can not get W2K sp2 to install from CD or HDD, keep getting can not load catalog files. I have tried downloading from the net as well a couple of times. Keep getting the same error....What should I do?

Try re-installing SP1 and then install SP2.

That should not matter, SP1 is not a pre-requisite for SP2, but give it a try...

Well I tried the option and to no avail had the same problem with SP1 can not load catalog files...I am stuck

Are you an Administrator or logged on as an administrator? You have to be an administrator to load a service pack. This was a problem with the service pack when it was deployed.
