SP1 lost after download 1

Windows Update page Suggests I download SP1(KB936330)...1.9MB. Install Successful. Check update history and it says STATUS:Successful. The System page only shows Vista Ultimate and no SP1. Attempt to download SP2 is denied due to absence of SP1. I have tried many times with the same results. Cannot find the SP1 download anywhere.

You rebooted first before checking? How long did it take to install?
What's in the log? %windir%/logs/cbs/cbs.log
That's a big service pack and something obviously happened.

Try to download the full SP first and then install it from your download location.

Been trying to load SP1 for awhile now with no success. The link you provided took me to the same place but different window. I now have SP1 and SP2 downloaded, installed and verified. Thank so very much for your assistance.
