Hi, Can I pass the values to these variables $SOURCE, $TARGET and $DBConnection_... as parameters from parameter file and how ???

Yes U can !!!
U can Use $InputFileName for source(filename)
same way $OutputFileName !!
Also U can Use $DBConnectionXXX where XXX can be anything depending upon our requirement. But $DBConnection is a must!!
