Soundstation IP 6000 not passing dtmf digits thru SIP trunk

We have 2 Soundstation IP 6000 and 2 7000 conference phones. The 7000's will pass the dtmf tones thru our SIP trunk to auto attendants and voicemail. The 6000's will not. Programming in all phones are the same.
Internally it all works. IPO is latest 7.0. These are the only phones on the IPO and shares the SIP trunks to our CM.
SIP provider is Century Link.
