I'm having some serious sound quality issues with the IPO. The trouble sounds like drop outs or wash outs and is only heard on the far end. We can hear them internally when several people are on a conf bridge with external callers, then you can hear what the far end hears. We've got top of the line, latest and greatest Cisco gear running QoS as prescribed. We recently setup a ping directly to the IPO, and see periodic latency every 10 to 20 seconds sometimes getting up to 400ms but averages around 60. So to test, I setup a call with a test tone on it listening from the far end, and everytime the ping started to blip, i could hear the tone crack up, everytime. I replaced the IPO chasis, same problem. Replaced the cable, same problem. Tried new switch port, same problem. I also plugged up a pc to that same port and pinged it clean as could be. No errors on the port, running 100 full duplex. It was set to auto, but hard setting it to 100 didn't help either. I've got no latency on anything else in the network, except the IPO. I'm at wits end, users are losing confidence in the system. Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
