Sound on Roll Over 1

Ok I am making a new Final Fantasy site...based on the Playstation game series, I use Macromedia Dreamweaver 4 to make the site. The way the site is currently being done is with two versions, one with flash and one without for all those weird people that have yet to download the flash player...but for those people out there that have played Final Fantasy then you know that small little chime that the game makes when you scroll down the menu, and how that little cartoon hand appears. Well I have the hand appearing, but how do i make sound on a rollover without using flash? My flash version of the site works fine, and i hear the chime when i rollover the links and the hand pops up..now what do i do about the non flash version?

I use Ultradev and ther is a "Play Sound" behaviour, must be available in DW as well.. I dont want to go to Chelsea!!!

selcet the image,text,link or whatever it is you want to play a sound and press F8 or go to window>behaviors click the plus (+) go to play sound...browse...find the sound and click o.k.......There you go !
