Sound drop-outs IPO 500v2

I am having problems with short sound dropouts. The system: IPO 500v2, UC-module with VM-pro, SIP trunk(from Phonect(Norway)), IP phones 9608 + 1608. Users connect their computers via the Phones lan jack.
The problems can some times be worse than others.

Has anyone had similar problems, and possibly a solution?

This will be a network issue Network issue (VoIP Issues always are)
Are you Handsets on a separate VLAN
Does this affect internal calls or just external calls?
What is the quality of your connection to Phonect?


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

The handsets and computers are on one vlan only, I have said to the costumer that the phone system should be on a separate vlan, but they dont want to take the cost to reconfigure the internal net.

I have asked if they have the same problems on internal calls,but they haven't had any complaints about that. But he wasn't sure because they don't call much internally.

When I ping Phonect it doesn't go over 4ms, witch is very good.
