Hi,
I got a WEIRD problem here that is simply driving me crazy...
I have this flash movie here in AS2 exporting for Flash Player 8, 30fps...
Movie starts, two soundfiles play (simply placed on the timeline) and then the movie stops at an 'Enter button'...
So far so good and that's how it should work...
Now here comes a weird behaviour that (a) I can't get rid of and (b) I can't explain...
The movie stops at that 'Enter button' via a 'stop' action on the top layer of the main timeline.
Then while still at that Enter button it plays a sound that is placed on the timeline 40 frames behind that Enter button.
That sound is supposed to be played when the user presses on that Enter button, the playhead plays on and then reaches that frame with that specific sound...
I just can't explain why everything else stops (as it should) but not that one sound...
So far I've tried to:
1. place the sound on a different layer
2. place the sound on a different frame
3. deleting the sound and importing it again and place it again
4. place the sound inside a movieclip (then it plays super delayed)
Anybody any ideas ?
As always, thanx for your help in advance !!
Mike
