Sorting Views by column heading

I am bemused, is it possible to sort a view by it's column heading using the 'click column heading to sort' option on the web?

I have been trying in vein for days, all help appreciated.

Yes it's possible! By default you should be able to sort the columns who, date and size.

What version are you running? Is it only problem with the web-mail client?
