Is there any way to sort a group on a field in the group footer that is comprised of a sum formula?

Generally yes, have a look at the TopN/Sort Group expert under the report menu

Software Sales, Training, Implementation and Support for Exact Macola, eSynergy, and Crystal Reports

Yes, I have tried the topN, but this is actually a percentage formula in the group footer that I need to sort the report on. I have looked into using arrays in a subreport, but I can't figure out how to go about resorting the array and then pulling the other corresponding records for the main report. Any insight or ideas on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
