I have a user lets say Bob. Bob is Helens replacment so on Bob's user details I have put Bob@ and Helen@

Bob now want to have a folder called Helen where all Helen's emails get sorted to via a rule.

Bob uses OWA - When we put helen@ in the sent to field on the rule exchange looks up the address in Global address book and Changes it to Bob as it is one of Bob's addresses, now all mail to Bob or Helen gets moved to the Helen folder.

Help!

I believe in exchange rather than making helen@ --> bob@, there is another way to sort of delegate her mailbox to him. (Although I am pretty sure this isnt an actual delegatation)

Anyone else know what I am talking about? I know its in my exchange book, but I am not at home to look. I can do that later though.

Another way would be for bob to open helens mailbox as an additional in his outlook

It would be best to leave Helen's mailbox on the server and configure mailbox settings for Helen to forward all mail to Bob and to not leave a copy in Helen's box. Then you could also delegate permissions on Helen's mailbox to Bob so that when he's in Outlook (not OWA), he could choose File->Open->Other Users' Folder and add Helen's mailbox to his list of folders.
